QUEEN FORCE which was up 21kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
DON’T FORGET THIS (KC Wong) checked shortly after the start when CONCORDE (SU Lim) shifted in.

RACE 2 (R990) CLASS 5(B) – 1400m (lc) CALL A HALT HANDICAP
CHERISH which was up 15kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
The Panel of Stewards permitted App I Firdzriel to replace App M Lukman as the rider of YULONG DREAM as the latter was stood down by Stewards’ embargo.
Jockey M Ganeesh was fined a sum of RM500/- for negligence under MRA Rule 152(5)(a) as read with MRA Rule 107(10) for failing to make the carded weight on BIG PARIS. The Panel of Stewards permitted Jockey S Anandan to replace him.
Acting on veterinary advice that JETSTAR EAGLE (R Rueven) was lame off fore, the Panel of Stewards ordered its withdrawal at 1.44pm. The gelding will be required to pass a test (1000M & vet) before being declared to race again.
YES BOSSY (HS Gill) jumped away awkwardly.
MAGICAL PARK (App S Hafis) and CHERISH (M Yusri) were slow to begin.
App R Nuqman, the rider of SEGAR THE BEST reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of SEGAR THE BEST revealed no obvious abnormality.

The Panel of Stewards permitted App I Firdzriel to replace App M Lukman as the rider of MR MIURA.
Steady rain fell prior to and during the running of this race.
FORTUNE SPIRIT (App P Mogun) jumped away awkwardly and was slow into stride.
CLASSIC KING (CK Tan) jumped away awkwardly.
MR MIURA (App I Firdzriel) had to be steadied shortly after the start when TOP TURF (R Rueven) shifted in and INDOMITABLE SPEED (App S Hafis) shifted out.
App S Saddam, the rider of GOLDEN EMPIRE reported that the gelding did not handle the going today and the gelding was impounded.
All riders returned an average of 0.5kg over.

RACE 4 (R992) CLASS 5(B) – 1400m (lc) LAST CHANCE HANDICAP
The Panel of Stewards permitted App I Firdzriel to replace App M Lukman as the rider of SGFIFTY.
RACING MAN (App S Saddam) and KING WARRIOR (S Anandan) were slow to begin.
SGFIFTY (App I Firdzriel) jumped away awkwardly.
A post-race veterinary examination of LIM’S KEYWAY (HS Gill) which raced poorly, revealed no obvious abnormality. The gelding will be required to pass a test (1000M & vet) before being declared to race again.
The Club Veterinary Surgeon reported that RACING TALENT (J Low) had bled and as such, will be barred from racing for a period of three (3) months under MRA Rule 92(3)(a)&(b) and thereafter, will be required to pass a bleeder’s test before being declared to race again.
The state of track was down-graded to ‘Soft’ after the running of this race.

WEATHER MAN which was down 18kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
Trainer HY Cheng was fined RM100/- under MRA Rule 65(5)(c ) for failing to produce the declared colours on BILLY MOJO (HK Cheng).
LUCK MAK MAK (KC Wong) was slow to begin.
WHAT A BOSS (SU Lim) reared when the gates were released, resulting in Jockey SU Lim striking his head on the overhead crossbar. He reported that as a consequence of the knock on his head, he was unable to ride out the gelding in his normal manner.
After the race, Jockey SU Lim was examined by the Club Medical Officer and was certified fit to continue riding for the day.
Jockey R Rueven, the rider of KING POWER reported that his mount was not striding out freely. A post-race veterinary examination of KING POWER revealed no obvious abnormality.
Jockey HK Cheng, the rider of BILLY MOJO reported that his mount could not handle the going today. A post-race veterinary examination of BILLY MOJO which raced poorly, revealed no obvious abnormality. BILLY MOJO will be required to pass a test (1000M & vet) before being declared to race again.
A post-race veterinary examination of LUCK MAK MAK (KC Wong) revealed no obvious abnormality.

PROVOCATEUR which was up 20kgs in body weight since its last run, was checked by the Club Veterinary Surgeon prior to the race and was passed fit to start.
Trainer HY Cheng was fined RM100/- under MRA Rule 65(5)(c) for failing to produce the declared colours on GRASSWOOD STAR (HK Cheng).
LION CONQUEROR (App S Saddam) was examined behind the barriers by the Club Veterinary Surgeon and was passed fit to start.
App P Mogun, the rider of LADY LAKSHMI reported that the mare could not handle the going today. A post-race veterinary examination of LADY LAKSHIMI revealed that the mare had returned with respiratory distress and as such, will be required to pass a test (1000M & vet) before being declared to race again.

GENERAL REPORT-PRTC
WITHDRAWAL OF PENANG BASED HORSE ENTRIES
Acting on the letter dated 24th November 2020 from Penang Turf Club, the Panel of Stewards ordered the withdrawal of all Penang based entries from the races on 28th & 29th November 2020 during the Perak Turf Club November race meeting.
PRE-RACE BLOOD TEST:
1st DAY, SATURDAY, 28th NOVEMBER 2020 – PERAK NOVEMBER MEETING 2020
The report dated 28th November 2020 (V20/15) Chief Analyst of Veterinary Forensic Laboratory stated that 90 coded blood samples were received from the above-mentioned race meeting for analysis under the MRA Rules and Regulations. All samples were analyzed and passed the pre-race testing criteria.
