Jockeys J Shankar and S Ruzaini were in great form when both rode three winners from the card of 11 races. Shankar rode Winning Ways to win in Race 2, then guided Galileo’s Approach to victory in Race 8 and his third winner of the day was in the last event with First Success.
While Ruzaini’s treble was in Race 4 with Grasswood Star, then he rode Cher to victory in Race 6 and his third winner was in Race 7 with Pacific Mystical.

Jockeys with a single winner were, Apprentice R Nuqman rode Ghost Bay to win in Race 1, AK Lim rode Super BB to win in Race 3, Apprentice L De Souza steered Shanghai Nights to win in Race 5, Apprentice A Zaimuddin rode Elite General to victory in Race 9 and Jockey SU Lim rode Super Hero to win Race 10.


First Season trainer HY Cheng continued his dominance when he saddled three winners from the card of 11 races at Selangor Turf Club last Sunday.
Cheng started his winning ways with favourite Grasswood Star to win in Race 4, then he captured this year’s Sungei Besi Autoworld Cup with Shanghai Nights in Race 5 and capped a great day with Pacific Mystical to win in Race 7.
Trainer Johnny Lim saddled two winners, took the opening event with Ghost Bay and his second winner was in Race 9 with Elite General.
Trainers with a single winner are, SY Lim won with Winning War in Race 2, Wayne Lim saddled Super BB to win in Race 3, Shane Ellis winner was in Race 6 with Cher, Lawson Moy trained Galileo’s Approach won in Race 8, Richard Lines got his winner in Race 10 with Super Hero and Simon Dunderdale saddled First Success to victory in Race 11.
