Trainers Shane Edwards, AB Abdullah, Charles Leck and Johnny Lim shared the honours when saddled two winners each respectively in the card of 12 races at the one day race meeting at Selangor Turf Club on Sunday, 14 July 2019.

Edwards began with Satellite Genius (Ruzaini) winning the opening event and got the second in Race 8 with Oriental Spirit (Pinheiro).
Abdullah’s winners were in Race 2 with Race For Fame and in Race 4 with Running Flame. Both ridden by Pinheiro.
While trainer Johnny Lim’s two winners were in Race 9 with Lim’s Evolution (HS Gill) and in the last event of the day with Lim’s Keyway (Goon).
Trainer Charles Leck’s double were in Race 3 with Aurora Australis (J De Souza) and in Race 11 with Nova Spirit (Ruzaini).

Trainers with a single win were veteran trainer Malcolm Thwaites, Tail Spin (Jose De Souza, Race 6), SY Lim with Supreme Star (WK Lee, Race 5), Frank Maynard (Skydance Eclipse, Race 10) and Simon Dunderdale in Race 7 with Arc Cara (WK Lee).

Visiting Brazilian Jockey Bernando Pinheiro was in great form when rode three winners in the card of 12 races at the Selangor Turf Club on Sunday. The 23-year-old rider who hails from Rio De Janeiro, got his first success in Race 2 with Abdullah trained Race For Fame and then his second also for trainer Abdullah with Running Flame and his third in trainer Shane Edwards Oriental Spirit in Race 8.

Jockeys Jose De Souza, Ruzaini and Apprentice WK Lee rode a double each.
Brazilian rider, J De Souza got his first winner in Charles Leck trained Aurora Australis in Race 3 and his second with Thwaites trained Tail Spin in Race 6.
Jockey Ruzaini’s double were in the opening event with Satellite Genius and in Race 11 with Nova Spirit.
Apprentice WK Lee showed his form with a double in Race 5 with Supreme Star, trained by SY Lim and in Race 7 with trainer Dunderdable’s Arc Cara.
Jockeys with a single winner were HS Gill (Lim’s Evolution, Race 9), KC Wong (Skydance Eclipse, Race 10) and Calvin Goon (Lim’s Keyway, Race 12).
