Congratulations to our Chairman, Tan Sri Datuk Richard Cham Hak Lim on his appointment by the Minister of Finance as the Chairman of Malaysia Totalisator Board for a three year term with effect from 1 August 2019. The appointment is a fitting honour to Tan Sri who has for the past two decades been an active contributor to the local racing industry and believes that there is still a long way to go before the racing industry reaches its full potential. He is ever ready to face the many challenges along the way, including finding ways to bring Malaysian horse racing on par with the international racing standard. Prior to this, in 2012, Tan Sri was appointed as Chairman of the Lembaga Totalisator Malaysia for the duration of two years and went on to serve as the Chairman for another two years till July 2016. We wish all the best to our Tan Sri on this new Chairmanship.
