The Selangor Turf Club will be staging three feature races in the fourth quarter of 2020 offering a total prize money of RM400,000.

 These feature races are expected to bring cheer to the horse owners and trainers after the cancellation of the ever popular Triple Crown Series due to Covid-19. The Triple Crown Series consist of three Group 1 races of the Selangor Turf Club, the Tunku Gold Cup scheduled in March, the Selangor Gold Cup scheduled in August and the Piala Emas Sultan Selangor scheduled in September.

 As the Triple Crown Series, the three feature races would be held over three varying distance of 1200 meters, 1600 metres and 2000 metres, covering the sprint, miler and stayer horses in the circuit.

 The Sprint Trophy and the Miler Trophy carrying prize money of RM100,000 each will be held on Sunday, 4thOctober and Sunday, 25th October respectively. Both races are open to horses in Supreme A category.

The third race, the Stayer Trophy is scheduled to run on Sunday, December 13. The race offers prize money of RM200,000 and is open to horses in Metro A category.
