French bred three year old MEGA CAPTAIN appears on target to open the winning his winning account in the 1300m Restricted Maiden on Saturday.

MEGA CAPTAIN produced a high quality effort on debut finishing runner up over 1200m here on March 15. The Ricky Choi prepared juvenile raced on speed throughout but was no match for the slightly more experienced runner Yes Boss Yes when beaten 1.25 lengths.

MEGA CAPTAIN will carry 2.5kg less from his debut performance and looks ideally placed at the weights with senior jockey Ruzaini Supien to retain the mount.
