1	HEX MARK (AK Lim)	Laid inwards in the straight, crowding runner near the 175M. Rider reprimanded and reminded of his obligations to straighten his mounts.
3	ROYAL FLUSH (HK Cheng)	Tightened and had to be steadied near the 175M.
4	D’GREAT WIN (M Ewe)	Veered outwards at the start, bumping heavily with runner.
5	APOLLO ROCK (App WW Cheah)	Drifted out in the straight, finishing wide.
9	ISLE OF SKY (App M Lukman)	Tightened and bumped heavily at the start, losing ground.
13	GOLDEN CRAFTSMAN (App H Haikal)	After showing no early pace, was inclined to lose its footing near the 400M and raced erratically in the straight.

13	BE YOURSELF (J Low)	Held up for a clear run near the 250M and was then taken outwards.

Immediately after the race was concluded, the Stewards were advised that there was anomaly related to the pre-race sampling of horses in this race. It was ascertained that the pre-race sample taken from OFFICIAL was analyzed and “failed pre-race testing criteria” OFFICIAL (fifth) was subsequently impounded for post-race testing. The analyst was asked to supply a report related to his finding with the relative chronology of detection and advice. Trainer KC Tiang, the Trainer of OFFICIAL, was advised of this finding and that an inquiry will be held at a later stage after full analytical report was made available.

SHOW HAND was withdrawn by order of the Stewards at 10:45am upon a request from the owner of the gelding, following its sale.

REPORT OF ANALYSIS OF CLEARING SAMPLE

A Clearing Sample taken from NORTHERN KNIGHT, which was received on 7 May 2023 by USAINS BIOMICS (CLS/V23/001) dated 11 May 2023 was analyzed and reported to be negative to Prohibited Substances and as such, the Stewards cleared NORTHERN KNIGHT to resume racing under the provisions of MRA Rule 134(12).
