许棋波
KP Hoy最初是在霹雳马会练马师KL Chong的马房担任马夫，开始了他的赛马生涯。不久后, KP前往澳洲悉尼， 在练马师Brian Mayfield-Smith的指导下获得了许多行内经验。
在澳大利亚工作了1年之后，1984年4月，KP晋升为马房主管，并于1988年3月在KL Chong培训下获得了B级练马师执照。
1991年4月5日，KP Hoy正式获得了霹雳马会的专业练马师执照，并于2018年1月, 将练马基地迁移到了雪兰莪马会。
