Leading Trainer, Richard Lines, continued his quest in the Championship Table when saddled four winners in the card of 22 races at Selangor Turf Club last weekend. The Englishman managed a winner on Saturday with Winterfell (App L De Souza, Race 9). The quest for winners arrived on Sunday, when Lines saddled a treble with Ready To Rule (KC Wong, Race 3), Conflight (Chavez, Race 4) and wrapped a great day in Race 11 with Hussonator (L De Souza) and with that wins he has saddled 47 winners so far.
Trainers Frank Maynard and Shane Edwards both saddled three winners each. Australian Maynard saddled a double on Saturday with Tilsworth Jacobi giving Apprentice M. Akmazani his first career win in Race 5. Maynard’s second winner was in Race 6 with Desire Bay (AK Lim). The third winner was on Sunday in race 7, Sacred Tonic (B Pinheiro)
Edwards’s treble were on Sunday in Race 2 with Oriental Spirit (Pinheiro), in Race 8 with Tannhauser (Saddam) and wrapped the day in the last event with Encoasta Zone (Saddam).

Trainers Malcolm Thwaites, Shane Ellis, SY Lim, Simon Dunderdale and Wayne Lim saddled two winners each respectively.
Thwaites took the opening event on Saturday with Major Green (Ananadan) and on Sunday in Race 10 with Sparkle Lot (J De Souza).
Shane Ellis double was on Sunday with Mr Hanks (Pinheiro) capturing the My Dora Cup in Race 6 and Brother Wind (Chavez) in Race 9.
SY Lim won with Gold Kids (M Ganeesh, Race 10, Sat) and El Tordillo (HS Gill, Race 5, Sun).
Dunderdale’s double was on Saturday with Larson (J De Souza, Race 3) and the following event with Callixtus (J De Souza).
Trainer Wayne Lim’s two winners were on Saturday. In Race 2 with Satellite Golden (Ruzaini) and in Race 8 with The Jeuneyman (AK Lim).
Trainer Johnny Lim and Lawson Moy saddled a winner each. Lim was successful in Race 7 on Saturday with Swift Embrace (HS Gill) and Lawson Moy took the opening event on Sunday with Once A Thief (Y Aify).

Brazilian jockey Bernando Pinheiro and fellow countryman Jose De Souza shared the riding honours with three each in the card of 22 races at Selangor Turf club. Pinheiro who was granted riding permit till end of this season, manage to two thirds and a second on Saturday. The 23-year-old jockey showed his uncanny skills on Sunday winning Race 2 with Oriental Spirit, winning the My Dora Cup with Mr Hanks in Race 6 and top up the day with Sacred Tonic in Race 7.
The familiar J De Souza’s rode Larson in Race 3 and Callixtus in the following event on Saturday and on Sunday he rode Sparkle Lot in Race 10.

Apprentice S. Saddam,  L De Souza, with jockeys AK Lim, HS Gill and Oscar Chavez rode two winners each respectively.
Apprentice Saddam’s winner were on Sunday with Tannhauser in Race 8 and Encosta Zone in Race 12.
Jockey HS Gill’s double are on Saturday with Swift Embrace in Race 7  and on Sunday with El Tordillo in Race 5.
Apprentice L De Souza rode a winner on Saturday on Winterfell in Race 9 and on Sunday in Race 11 with Hussonator.
Jockey AK Lim’s double was on Saturday in Race 6 with Desire Sky and in Race 8 with The Jeuneyman.
Panamanian jockey Oscar Chavez double were on Sunday, in Race 4 with Conflight and in Race 9 with Brother Wind.
Jockeys with a single winner were S. Ananadan (Major Green, Race 1, Sat). Ruzaini, Satellite Golden (Race 2, Sat), M Ganeesh (Gold Kids, Race 10, Sat), Y Aify (Once A Thief, Race 1, Sun).
Apprentice M Akmazani having his first race day ride made it his first career win in Race 5 on Frank Maynard trained Tilsworth Jacobi in Race 5 on Saturday.
