The stables of trainer Charles Leck were in tremendous form when saddled six winners in a card of 11 races at Selangor Turf Club on Sunday. Leck began his quest of winners right from the start of the opening event with Jockey S.Ruzaini came victorious on Phantasos. He saddled his next winner in Race 4 with Jubilation with stable Apprentice A. Suriya in the saddle. Leck’s third winner came in Race 5 with Flying Shadow with Jockey SU Lim on board. Back To The Towers with Jockey SU Lim again in the saddle clinched win no. 4 for Leck. He continued his winning streak in Race 9 with Ausone ridden by SU Lim also and capped the day in the last event with the grey Vellenex General ridden by Ruzaini. He however would be on sidelined due to injury when he was dislodged from Musang King on the way to the start in the last event. Jockey Ruzaini rode a splendid double taking the opening event on Phantasos and ended on a winning note in the last event with Vellenex General both were trained by Leck. Jockey HS Gill mange to ride Dragon Kingdom to win Race 3 and is sharing the top spot with Ruzaini with 14 winners each apart.
