In conjunction with the International Racing Carnival on 28 & 29 September 2019, the Selangor Turf Club will hold a Trainer & Jockey Challenge sponsored by GOLD PLUS Stable.

The Challenge will be contested over the 15 named races on both days.  The races are as below :-

1. Piala Emas Sultan Selangor
2. Sungai Besi Autoworld Cup
3. Magic Millions Gold Coast 2YO sale Trophy
4. Perak Turf Club Trophy
5. Penang Turf Club Trophy
6. Singapore Turf Club Trophy
7. Melbourne Racing Club Trophy
8. Kenilworth Cup
9. The Royal Bangkok Sports Club Trophy
10. Jockey Club Of Turkey Trophy
11. Japan Racing Association Trophy
12. Mauritus Turf Club Trophy
13. Macau Jockey club Trophy
14. Korea Racing Authority Trophy
15. Singapore Pools Trophy

Points are allotted as follows :-

1. 1^st. place –    9 points
2. 2^nd. Place –    4 points
3. 3^rd. place –    2 points

The Trainer and Jockey with the most points accumulated will win the SLTC International Racing Carnival Trainer & Jockey Challenge.

The 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd Winners of each challenge will be awarded a sum of RM10,000, RM3,000 and RM2,000 respectively.

In case of a tie, the number of wins will be taken into account and if the position cannot be ascertained by this manner, the prize money will be divided equally.
