The fourteen running of the Selangor Turf Club’s reciprocal race in South Korea, the Selangor Turf Club Trophy was held at the Busan Racecourse on Sunday, 14 May 2023.

Chairman, Tan Sri Datuk Richard Cham Hak Lim accompanied by Puan Sri Louise Cham and Committee Member, Mr Mahendran Ponniah with General Manager & Secretary of the Club, Mr Kwang Eng Seong represented the Club at the races.

The 1600 metres race was won by Galaxy Road, trained by Kim Gil Jung and ridden by Jockey Lee Sung Jae. Galaxy Road is owned by Son Boing Choul.

The Selangor Turf Club’s reciprocal race in Korea is held following the twinning agreement signed between Selangor Turf Club and Korea Racing Authority in August 2004.
