Rueven who tucked the four-year-old by Mint Lane at handy spot most of the journey and came with a driving finish in the run home to beat Director and holds a chance to race in better company.
Trainer SY Lim’s Teh Tarik is on the upgrade and should be heading for better class judging from the back-to-back win in Race 8 The five-year-old by Hala Bek was up with the early pace of the race and slipped along the rails in the run home to win uncontested.
Oscar Racing Stable’s Affleck deserves another chance after finishing a game second to Aud Dollar in the Supreme A event over 1200m in Race 8 on Sunday. The eight-year-old by Battle Paint was well up the pace till the run home and lost out at the closing stages of the race. Keep a close watch.
Trainer Simon Dunderdale’s Good News ran true to form to win in Class 3 event over 1200m in Race 7. The nine-year-old by Charge Forward was in handy spot most of the way and came with bust of finish in the run home to beat Sattar.
