(App A Najib) After being loaded, became fractious and broke through the front stalls. After a veterinary inspection and resaddling, the gelding was passed fit to start. Reared on jumping, losing ground. In light of its previous stalls history, the gelding will be required to pass 2 Starting Stall tests before being declared to race again.

RACE 2 (R0921) CLASS 5B – 1100M (SC C4)
1 COUNTER ATTACK
(App A Suriya) Raced wide at the turn into the straight. Laid inwards near the 300M. Vet Inspection: Bled – Bleeder’s test (Barred 3 months)
2 SHE’S FLYING
(S Ruzaini) Jumped awkwardly outwards, losing ground.
4 HORSE KING
(App R Nuqman) Had to be steadied when striding onto the heels. Vet inspection: No significant finding.
6 TRINITY FLYING
(App M Ekdihar) Threw its head and raced erratically when struck with the whip near the 300M.
8 UNLIMITED STAR
(App WW Cheah) Vet inspection: No significant finding. / Cut near hind Cannon – Vet exam.
10 CHIPS
(KC Tham) Showed no early pace and had to be ridden forcefully from the 600M. Steadied near the 300M to avoid heels and had to be taken inwards at about the 200M to obtain a clear run.

(App R Nuqman) Bumped on jumping. Vet inspection: Respiratory distress – 1000M/vet (1 month embargo)

(AM Aizat) Raced wide throughout from its outside stall. Rider questioned as to the reason why he did not attempt to secure a better position. *(See Report) Vet inspection: Lame off fore – 1000M/vet (3 weeks embargo)
6 LIM’S TORPEDO
(S Ruzaini) After being reluctant to be loaded, threw its head and then veered outwards as the start was effected, striking the rider’s right ankle. Rider was examined by the Club Doctor who stood him down from his riding engagements for his remainder rides today.
When questioned, Jockey AM Aizat stated that from his outside gate although it had shown some pace, the pace of the race was very fast and he was unable to secure an inward position. He was advised that under similar circumstances in future, he would be expected to ride more diligently and not to simply travel wide.

(Z Khairil) Reared when the start was effected, struck its forehead on the cross bar, losing considerable ground. Vet inspection: Bleeding from nasal turbinates – Vet exam. In light of its performance, the mare will be required to pass 1 Starting Stall test before being declared to race again.

7 RICH N POWERFUL (App S Shazmin) After being saddled, whilst its equipment was being adjusted, RICH N POWERFUL (App S Shazmin) reared over and was subsequently withdrawn by order of the Stewards at 2:38pm. In light of this, the mare will be required to pass 1 Starting Stall (to be ridden unaided to the start) test before being declared to race again.

(AK Lim) Shifted in on jumping, crowding runner, then raced wide at the turn into straight.

(HS Gill) Tightened shortly after the start, having to be steadied.

RACE 12 (R0931) Class 5B – 1500M (LC C4)
Trainer S Siva was fined RM1000/- for failing to ensure the vaccination of MR GUN GUN was updated under MRA Regulation 20.3 as read with MRA Regulation 20.6. MR GUN GUN was withdrawn by order of the Stewards at 4:03pm.

(App A Suriya) Squeezed and lost its positon at the 1300M, then raced fiercely, shifted out near the 1100M, bumping runner. Carried inwards passing the 450M, thereby inconveniencing runner.
10 COMMODORE LINCOLN
(E Ferreira) Raced wide in the early and middle stages and then shifted in, carrying runner inwards causing it to be steadied near the 400M. Rider reprimanded for shifting in at this stage.
