13 March 2026, Kuala Lumpur

Twelve races are carded for Sunday the 15th of March at the Selangor Turf Club and it looks like quite a tricky card for punters to assess. However, two horses potentially standout as one of the better bets for the afternoon.

Starting off with Yes Boss Yes – who has only had the two starts in his career and has found one better in each of them – is well placed to finally shed the maiden tag in race 7. The son of Yes Yes Yes was narrowly beaten in his last start when he came from well back in the field to give Banker’s Rising a scare in the final 100m to only be beaten by a neck. This will be his third career start, I Fikri takes off an extra 2kgs to help his chances and with the improvement shown in the second start from the first – he should finally open his account for the J Ong stable and looks like the best bet on the card.

The second horse to follow has a bit more racing experience and will be looking for his fourth consecutive win a row. That would be Storm Titan from the HY Cheng stable in race 5. This is arguably his toughest task in the country so far but from barrier 1 with R Shafiq retaining the ride once again, he should have the run of the race if he’s able to get to the lead. There does seem to be quite a lot of pace in the race with the likes of Koondakaara, Pacific Hero and Capetian which could hamper his chances if they go a fast pace in front. However, the rate at which he is improving in the country having won three of his six starts, there can only be further improvement to come as lightly raced as he is with a small freshen up since his last race.

Storm Titan Ready For Four In A Row

The first race is carded at 12:10pm local time with races 1-3 on Track 2 (+6); races 4-7 on the Short Course A4 and the remainder on the Long Course A4.
