Yes Man (4ch.a.g Yes Yes Yes – Caesar’s Princess by Exceed And Excel)

Yes Man bounced back from a disappointing run in the Singapore Pool Trophy (1200m) last month to land the opening ferature race of the 2026 season, the RM80,000 Bunga Raya Vase – Visit Malaysia Year 2026, at Sungai Besi today.

Always a consistent sort since making his debut in 2024, the son of Yes Yes Yes went into the Singapore Pools Trophy on the back on three consecutive wins in Classes 3 and 2.

But after setting the pace as he likes to do, Yes Man faded in the run home to end up eighth behind the winner Big Union.

But the ‘old’ Yes Man turned up in the Supreme A race over 1100m today.

Taking command from the start under jockey Ridzuan Shafiq, Yes Man kept up a relentless gallop all the way, pulling away from the rest in the final 200m to win by five lengths.

Shimi Go and Platinum Fort chased the winner all the way but had to settle for the minor placings.

Winning Connection

“He (Yes Man) seems to be more mature and better after his last run,” said Shafiq who also rode the gelding in his last three starts.

“He settled well and in the straight he just took off.”

“Yes Man has the potential to win a Cup race and I hope to do so with him one day,” said trainer Tiang Kim Choi who took over the gelding at the end of 2024 and has now picked up seven wins with the gelding.
