The Club will host the running of the RM400,000 Piala Emas Sultan Selangor on Sunday, 7 December 2025. Representing the final leg of the Club’s Triple Crown Series, the Piala Emas Sultan Selangor race featuring a distance of 2,000 metres is the blue ribbon event for the top stayers in the country.  

The first and second leg of the Triple Crown Series featuring the Equine Santuary Tunku Gold Cup and the Hygain Horse City Selangor Gold Cup races were ran in March and September respectively.

The Piala Emas Sultan Selangor represents the last black type race for 2025. The Club hosted the running of a series of 15 black type races in 2025 offering a total prize money of RM3.650 million. Besides that, as an incentive and reward towards the hard work and dedication of the horse owners and trainers, the Club also increased its prize money this year.

Besides providing much excitement and competitive racing, these huge increase in prize money payout were aimed to retain as well as promote horse ownership as it will be beneficial for horse owners to purchase quality young horses.

As Charity forms an integral part of the Piala Emas Sultan Selangor race meeting every year, the Club together with Berjaya Corporation Sdn Bhd will continue to contribute to the society under “A Heart for Charity” program. The program is part of the Club’s Corporate Social Responsibility Community Project benefiting charitable organization causes from Health, Old Folks, Support Group, Disease, Disabled, Orphanages and Women Group.
