Trainer Lawson Moy was in great form when saddled six winners from the card of 21 races at Selangor Turf Club last weekend. The soft spoken Singaporean managed to get a single winner on Saturday with Tarzan in Race 3. However, on Sunday, Moy was in great form when he saddled five winners with Premium Rush taking Race 2, followed by newcomer Triple Bowl making a winning debut in Race 3. He continued his rush for winners in Race 5 with Allied Power, in Race 6 with Goodfellas and capped a great day in Race 8 with Thank You Boss.
Trainer AB Abdullah drew blank on Saturday but managed to saddle three winners on Sunday. He took the opening event with Commodore Lincoln, then scored a victory in Race 7 with Aljawhra and took the third winner with Showboy in Race 9.
Trainer Shane Ellis saddled a winner each on Saturday and Sunday, in Race 9 with King Cobra and in Race 4 with Mr Hopkins respectively.

Trainers with a single winners were Wayne Lim (Golden Craftsman, Race 1, Sat), Simon Dunderdale (Wira Sakti, Race 2, Sat), Shree Hamilton (Tun O’Reilly, Race 4, Sat), Kevin Coetzee (Doctor Ginger, Race 5, Sat), SY Lim (Supreme Star, Race 6, Sat), Evert van Breukelen (Silver Wind, Race 7, Sat), Johnny Lim (Lucky Master, Race 8, Sat), KP Hoy (Barker Road Kid, Race 10, Sat). Frank Maynard (Suntzu, Race 10, Sun) and KF Wong (Dane’s Anatomy, Race 11, Sun).
Apprentice Jockey S Uzair took the riding honours with a treble all on Sunday from the card of 21 races last weekend. Riding mainly for his employing trainer Lawson Moy, Uzair got off the mark in Race 2 where he steered Premium Rush in a driving finish to win Race 2. His other two winners were from chance mount taking over from indisposed App Deneskumar. He rode Allied Power to win in Race 5 and Thank You Boss in Race 8.

Jockeys Oscar Chavez, R. Rueven, Y.Aify and Shafiq rode a double each respectively.
Chavez’s two winners were on Sunday in Race 1 on board Commodore Lincoln and in Race 7 with Aljawhra.
Jockey  Rueven rode Silver Wind in Race 7 on Saturday and Dane’s Anatomy in the last event on Sunday.
While R. Shafiq rode Wira Sakti in Race 2 on Saturday and Mr Hopkins to win in Race 4 on Sunday.
Jockey Aify rode Tarzan to victory on Saturday and won on newcomer Triple Bowl on Sunday but unfortunately sustained a fractured ankle when he fell his next mount Beautiful One in race 5.  Selangor Turf Club wishes him a speedy recovery.
