(App M Ekdihar) Slow into stride and was then carried inwards shortly after the start. Rider fined RM250/- as he was unable to claim any allowance.
Jockey MM Firdaus (IRON FIST) advised that the gelding had not begun quickly and had shown no early pace although he had worked on it vigourously. It had then raced flat in the straight. In light of this, Trainer KC Tiang was advised that IRON FIRST will be required to pass a 1000M/vet test (3 weeks embargo) before being declared to race again for having poor performance.

App Clyde Leck (DRAGON RYKER) was fined RM1000/- under MRA Rule 121 for weighing in at 0.5kg under his declared weight.

(App I Fikri) Laid inwards near the 1100M, crowding runner. Rider warned to afford runner more room.

(App WW Cheah) Restrained when crossed near the 1100M and subsequently had to be restrained, ridden contrary to instructions. Vet inspection: No significant finding. Poor performance – 1000M/vet.

(L De Souza) Raced wide in the early stages. Vet inspection: Cast off fore plate. Poor performance – 1000M/vet. *See Report.
Jockey L De Souza (QIJI DIAMOND) advised that he had attempted to lead on the gelding but had been unable to race in a forward position and had subsequently faded quickly after being placed under pressure mid-race, finishing a distance last.
