The Equine Hospital at the Selangor Turf Club is one of the most well-equipped veterinary centres in the country.  The place is manned by three resident veterinarians and supported by three hospital assistants.  Besides being equipped with a high-speed treadmill easily accessible by the home-based trainers, other diagnostics equipment includes Ultrasonography, Radiography, Endoscopy, ECG and Ultrasonic Pneumotachometer.

Other treatments include drug therapy, ancillary treatment, dentistry and surgical.  For emergency cases, there is always one vet on standby duty for 24 hours.  The hospital is fitted with four air-conditioned hospital boxes, one crush for standing operation, an examination room and a clinical laboratory.

Farriery services are also provided by the qualified resident Farriers.
