Booked lessons that are given a notice of cancellation of at least 2 hours before lesson time will not be charged.

No show or very late cancellation with no valid reason will be charged.

Students are required to be punctual at all times and their presence will be required 15 minutes before the commencement of lessons.

The package of 8 sessions must be completed within a period of 12 weeks otherwise it will be forfeited. Students who are going on long holidays or temporary stop due to illnesses are required to inform the school to hold their packages.

Booking of lessons will be accepted during normal working hours on weekdays and to give at least 1 or 2 days notice prior to intended lesson.

All payments are to be received before commencement of lesson. Cheques are to be made payable to Selangor Turf Club.

Management reserved the right to refuse lesson to any students found to be lapsed in payment.

Riders must be properly attired in long pants and sneakers or boots. Helmets will be provided.

Weekday packages are not valid for weekends or public holidays lessons. Riders on weekday package will be charged the adhoc rate if they come during weekends and public holidays.

All students must subscribe to the Compulsory Insurance of RM30 per person per year.

All students must be a member of STC Equestrian Centre. One time Registration Fee of RM350 per person and RM600 per family of two or more.

Bi-Annual Subscription - RM 50 Individual; RM100 Family - Due on 1st January & 1 July 2007 to maintain validity of membership

Temporary Registration Fee - RM50.00 per person - Mandatory for 1 time rides: Validity: 1 month (includes insurance)
